Patient transport within the scope of the regulation, which can be used within the framework of mandatory health insurance, can be performed based on the order of a doctor authorized to make a referral, which can be ordered by the doctor or a healthcare worker designated by him.
Patient transport can be carried out individually or together with other patients, and can be carried out using a seated patient transport or a bed patient transport trolley.
Patient transport can be carried out according to the needs of the escort:
a) requiring the assistance of a patient attendant,
b) patient transport performed by an unescorted patient transport vehicle
